Working as part of a small in house graphic design team for a Government Relations firm I developed my skills as a graphic designer. Managing activities pertaining to brand management, print design, long document production, website maintenance, and video editing. Developing multiple comprehensive rebrands for a variety of associations.

Canadian Blood Services

March 2020 - October 2020

In response to the #NovaScotiaStrong movement and to show support to all those affected by the April mass shootings in Nova Scotia, Canadian Blood Services announced the launch of the #NovaScotiaStrong campaign, a two-week national blood donor recruitment event to honour the victims of the tragic shootings. The campaign consists of social media assets for all platforms, in donor center screenscapes, on site pull up banners, editable posters, and a billboard to go in the heart of Nova Scotia as well as nation wide. The objective of this campaign is to show support to all those affected by the shooting, while getting people to show their support and donate what they can to help those in need. Creating a custom trackable URL for donors to book their appointments, and a custom hashtag for people to share their support on social platforms.

Graphic Designer &  Video Animator

Service and Learning in Design and Engineering in connection with IBM

October 2019 - April 2020

Video intro animation for SLiDE – Service Learning in Design & Engineering. SLiDE is a key element of Algonquin College’s response to a 2017 report, recode initiative to maximize the capacity of advanced education institutions to build social ground work for Canadian communities. SLiDE is intended to harness the talents of Algonquin College students from the Schools of Media and Design and Advanced Technology to provide support to community-based organizations in the area of digital technology. Working and expanding on the existing brand identity to create a fun and inspiring video series using a broadcast package. The objective is to create a clear and cohesive branding across all videos, and making it fun and informational series.
